Lisa, an assistant you call

Lisa keeps track of customers, deals, tasks, reminders and the things you want to remember. You call her from your phone, write in the web app or ask in Claude, and she does what you ask.

What she does

Phone: You call a number and talk as you would to a colleague. Lisa recognises your mobile, and anything sensitive is protected by a code of your own.
Customers and deals: Who you have spoken to, what is in progress and which deals have stalled. Lisa records it while you talk.
Tasks: To-dos for you and your staff, including the ones that come back every week or month.
Reminders: A text message in good time, or a call if you prefer. A text every morning with the day ahead.
Memories: What was said and what you agreed, saved so that you can ask about it six months from now.
Calendar and email: Connect Google, Microsoft 365 or your usual email, and Lisa reads your calendar and mail for you. Fortnox gives her the finances to answer from.
The whole company: All your staff can call her. There is no extra cost per person.

One price for the whole company, however many of you use Lisa. You start on Lisa 300.

The terms, briefly

If the package runs out in a month you move up to the next one, and it applies from then on. You get an email when the package is running low.
The month you start: with less than a week left of it, it costs nothing, and if you use at most half the package you pay half the fee.
An invoice every month in arrears, 30 days net.
One month's notice, no fixed term.
Encyon processes what you put into Lisa on your behalf, and the agreement includes a data processing agreement. Personal identity numbers are not stored.

How to get started

Call Lisa and ask what she can do. She shows you how she keeps track of customers and deals.
If you want her, she texts you the agreement, and you sign it with BankID.
Then you are up and running. Add your staff, so everyone can call her.
